When you sign up, we collect your email address and name. We use this to authenticate you and personalize your experience.
When you forward an email to your Earmail address, we receive and process the full email content. We use this to:
We store the original email text and the cleaned version so you can review them in your dashboard. We do not read, analyze, or sell your email content for any purpose other than generating your audio episodes.
We store the generated MP3 audio files on our servers so they can be delivered to your podcast app. These files are accessible only via your private feed URL.

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we will delete your personal information, email content, and audio files within 30 days. Anonymous analytics data may be retained indefinitely.
